Welcome to our website
I am Michael Miller and managing attorney for Law Offices
of Michael D. Miller. I am a native of Tucson, Arizona
and have practiced law in this community for 26 years.
I am an avid proponent of Tucson and Arizona. I enjoy
living in this community and raising my family here. I
enthusiastically participate in community activities and
the Pima County Bar Association.
My law practice philosophy is to professionally and expeditiously
resolve my client's case so as to minimize inconvenience,
stress, and expense as much as possible. Although some
amount of time in resolution of a case is unavoidable,
unnecessary delay is not an option at
this office.
My practice is concentrated in three areas of the law:
(1) Personal Injury
(2) Real Estate
(3) Family Law
I am a graduate of the University of Arizona BA (Economics)
and a graduate of the University of Arizona Law School.
(1976).
I am a rated attorney by Martindale
Hubbell signifying “superior
legal skills and excellence in ethical standards.”

HOW TO PROTECT YOUR CASE:
A COMMON SENSE APPROACH
From my many years of practice, I know that being involved
in a legal case raises concerns of the unknown and causes
uncertainty and stress. Oftentimes, people do things they
shouldn’t when they try to resolve or quick-fix
their legal problems. This is particularly prevalent when
someone is injured; cannot work; cannot provide for their
family; and is receiving medical care. Panic sets in and
people try to remedy their predicament. Although clearly
understandable, this is absolutely the wrong thing to
do: So here is a list of do’s and don’t’s
that, over the years, I have found to be helpful.
DO’S AND DON’T’S
A. If you are injured do not give a recorded
statement to the insurance company or anyone else without
first
consulting an attorney.
B. Do not sign anything unless you have read the document
and if it is a legal document have it reviewed by an attorney
first.
C. Listen but do not argue no matter how upset you are.
Remember anything you say or do is almost always admissible
in Court should the matter be contested.
D. Do not guess at or fabricate facts. Second sentence
of “C.” above is also applicable here.
E. If you are upset or are being bullied or coerced into
making a snap decision, simply walk away and contact an
attorney. A measured response after reflection, not a
panicked reaction, is always the preferred course of action.
F. Never represent yourself (as you will have a fool for
a client).
Follow these simple truisms and you will (1) maintain
the integrity of your case (2) maximize your recovery
and (3) immeasurably assist your attorney in providing
you the very best of representation.
